Dominic A. Varrasso
Dominic Varrasso is the principal
of VarrassoLegal a commercial legal firm. Dominic commenced his
legal practice in 1976, initially as Varrasso & Co., recently as
Varrasso & Associates and now as VarrassoLegal, Dominic is a
member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and has been in
practice in his law firm for 35 years as a Commercial Lawyer.
During his legal career, Dominic has worked as a sole
practitioner, in addition to lecturing in law at a tertiary
level, acting in corporate roles and being involved in
Litigation Insurance. Dominic has gained experience in most
areas of law throughout his legal career.
VarrassoLegal acts for individuals and small to medium-sized
enterprises (SME), at all times striving for practical solutions
and utilising resources in a cost-effective manner, whether it
is in litigation, commercial transactions or other matters such
as the sale and purchase of business or property. The aim of
VarrassoLegal is to find a cost effective solution, in providing
a solution that attempts to result in money for value.
Dominic has a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Melbourne
and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Accounting) from Deakin
University and is a member of several professional organisations
in addition to the LIV, including: the Institute of Public
Accountants (IPA), Insolvency Practitioners Association of
Australia (IPA), National Tax & Accountants’ Association (NTAA),
the SMSF Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA), The
Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA) and member
of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dominic A Varrasso is a responsible officer of Varrasso &
Associates a nominated advisor on the National Stock Exchange of
Australia.
Dominic Varrasso is an accredited sponsor of the Australian
Small Scale Offerings Board Ltd (ASSOB).

Varrasso, who is also a member of the Institute of Public
Accountants (IPA) and Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA), in
addition to being a registered Public Accountant and is a
responsible officer of Varrasso & Associates a nominated advisor
on the National Stock Exchange of Australia.
Maria Varrasso holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Deakin
University, majoring in Insurance, Commercial Law and
Accounting. Maria has been assisting Dominic since 1979 in the
management of the taxation practice for a number of years and is
now working with Dominic as an accountant and the Managing
Director of VarrassoAccounting.
