Clients will appreciate that costs in commercial matters cannot be generalised. We understand that costs may be significant in some cases. Clients may have different levels of ability to pay costs. We give full costs disclosure on every matter, both initially and on an ongoing disclosure basis. In estimating costs there will be different methods in commercial litigation than in non commercial matters
