Clients will appreciate that
costs in commercial matters cannot be generalised. We understand that
costs may be significant in some cases. Clients may have
different levels of ability to pay costs. We give full costs
disclosure on every matter, both initially and on an ongoing
disclosure basis. In estimating costs there will be different
methods in commercial litigation than in non commercial matters
Without generalising, set out below is an indication of some of
the areas of law we work in and how fees are charged for each.
Details of our fees are set out in our Disclosure Statement and
Costs Agreement provided to each client, as soon as practicable,

Below is an indication of our costs in different areas of law.
All costs quoted are exclusive of GST, Counsels fees (if
applicable) and out-of-pocket expenses. We may also agree to
a negotiated fee for our services, where appropriate, and
significant discounted rates are available under certain terms
and conditions, which will be advised at the initial meeting.
